From now on, our Sedurre cheese will be prepared with a gray label. Due to changed legislation, the coloring agent E171 used in the grey coating is no longer allowed in foodstuffs. Because there is currently no good alternative coating available and we want to keep the appearance the same as much as possible, we have opted for this alternative.
So the same quality and the same taste that you are used to from us, only in a slightly modified label.
