Althought the wheather is not spring-ish yet, the spring cheese for this year is already made! We have improved the recipe and the cheeses are maturing in the warehouse now. The spring cheese is a delicious creamy farmhouse cheese, made of thermised milk and contains honey shamrock, spring onion and pink pepper. Available from week 10, in 8 kg wheels.

The Meadow Milk label says that the dairy product has been made from medaow milk produced by cows that have spent a minimum of 120 days a year grazing outdoors in pastures for a minimum of 6 hours a day.
