Farmhouse cheese with Oriental ras-el-hanout spices
Masal, the Turkish word for ‘fairy tale’, is an Oriental flavouring experience from Dutch grounds. Ras-el-hanout spice blends are used as very exclusive seasonings in Asia and the Middle East. Our blend contains pepper, cumin, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom. De taste of the spices and the cheese are best balanced at four to seven months aging.
