A few months ago, the goat cheese manufacturers announced that goat cheese will no longer be coated in white, because of the amendment of the law regarding the use of the white coloring agent E171. At De Producent we have also decided to no longer provide the goat cheeses with a white coating. The cheeses are now coated with transparent coating.
