The Traditional Specialty Guaranteed (TSG) label is an authenticity label for the product “Boerenkaas”. This farmhouse cheese is always made of raw milk.

The Meadow Milk label says that the dairy product has been made from medaow milk produced by cows that have spent a minimum of 120 days a year grazing outdoors in pastures for a minimum of 6 hours a day.

Cheeses with this label are produced with microbial rennet and are therefore suitable for vegetarian.
