Smoked farmhouse cheese
This cheese has character. The cheese is made on the farm and is smoked using a special wood mixture in an artisanal way immediately after brining. The cheese does not contain any flavours or preservatives. The brown colour on the rind is caused by the smoke and is completely natural.
