Farmhouse cheese with chimichurri herbs
This year we have developed a delicious summer cheese with a chimichurri spice mix. This Argentinian mix contains smoked paprika, savory and basil. Chimichurri is often used as a sauce or marinade with grilled meat, but also works great in our farmhouse cheese!
